Bằng việc đăng nhập và sử dụng Keyword Research ("ứng dụng"), bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản dưới đây.

1. Mô tả dịch vụ

Keyword Research là công cụ nghiên cứu từ khoá và dựng bản đồ nội dung (content blueprint) bằng AI.

2. Điều kiện sử dụng

• Bạn chỉ được dùng thông tin truy cập Google Ads của tài khoản bạn có quyền hợp pháp
• Số liệu từ Google Keyword Planner là dữ liệu tham khảo của Google — bạn tuân thủ điều khoản của Google khi sử dụng
• Bản đồ nội dung do AI đề xuất là gợi ý, không phải cam kết về thứ hạng tìm kiếm

3. Nội dung do AI tạo ra

Ứng dụng dùng mô hình AI của bên thứ ba. Kết quả do AI tạo ra có thể sai, thiếu chính xác hoặc không phù hợp — bạn có trách nhiệm kiểm tra trước khi sử dụng. Chúng tôi không đảm bảo tính chính xác của nội dung do AI sinh ra.

4. Chi phí

• Ứng dụng gọi dịch vụ AI và các API bên thứ ba bằng khoá/tài khoản do bạn cung cấp — chi phí phát sinh thuộc về bạn
• Bạn có trách nhiệm theo dõi hạn mức và chi phí ở phía nhà cung cấp dịch vụ

5. Hành vi bị nghiêm cấm

• Dùng ứng dụng để tạo hoặc phát tán nội dung vi phạm pháp luật, lừa đảo, xâm phạm quyền riêng tư hoặc bản quyền của người khác
• Kết nối tài khoản/tài sản số mà bạn không có quyền quản trị hợp pháp
• Cố tình vượt giới hạn kỹ thuật, dò tìm lỗ hổng, hoặc gây quá tải hệ thống

6. Chấm dứt sử dụng

Bạn có thể ngừng sử dụng và yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào (xem trang Xoá dữ liệu). Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngưng tài khoản vi phạm các điều khoản này.

7. Giới hạn trách nhiệm

Ứng dụng được cung cấp "nguyên trạng". Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp phát sinh từ việc sử dụng ứng dụng, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở: nội dung sai do AI tạo ra, gián đoạn dịch vụ bên thứ ba, hoặc chi phí phát sinh từ tài khoản dịch vụ của bạn.

8. Thay đổi điều khoản

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật điều khoản theo thời gian. Ngày cập nhật gần nhất luôn hiển thị ở đầu trang.

By logging in and using Keyword Research ("the app"), you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Description

Keyword Research is an AI keyword research tool that builds topical content blueprints.

2. Conditions of Use

• You may only use Google Ads credentials for accounts you are legally authorized to access
• Keyword Planner figures are Google reference data — you must comply with Google terms when using them
• AI-proposed blueprints are suggestions, not a guarantee of search ranking

3. AI-Generated Content

The app uses third-party AI models. AI output may be wrong, inaccurate or inappropriate — you are responsible for reviewing it before use. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated content.

4. Costs

• The app calls AI services and third-party APIs using keys/accounts you supply — resulting charges are yours
• You are responsible for monitoring quotas and spend on the provider side

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the app to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, privacy-infringing or copyright-infringing content
• Connecting accounts or digital assets you are not legally authorized to administer
• Deliberately bypassing technical limits, probing for vulnerabilities, or overloading the system

6. Termination

You may stop using the app and request deletion at any time (see the Data Deletion page). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to: incorrect AI output, third-party service outages, or charges incurred on your service accounts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms over time. The last-updated date is always shown at the top of this page.
